Too often, I feel that being a Christian mom includes a whole list of don'ts for our kids. We don’t watch that, we don't listen to that, don't wear that, or say that…
But are we missing the mark? Are we making being a Christian exciting for our kids? How exciting is it that we get to follow and submit to the One who made us, knows what’s best for us, and has our future in His hands? What could be better than serving the One who created all things, knows and things and owns all things? Are we sharing the JOY of being a Christian with our kids? The Bible says that others will know we are Christians by how we love others. I’m hoping today to make being a Christian all about the Do's, and not the Don'ts!
