At Seeds Kids Worship, our heart is to serve churches, families, and ministry leaders with generosity and integrity. If something doesn’t work out with your order, we want to make it right.

Our Heart Behind This Policy

We believe in being gracious, understanding, and fair. While we’ve outlined guidelines below, our desire is always to help — not to make things difficult. If you have a concern, please reach out. We’re happy to work with you.

Digital Products

Because our digital resources (including songs, videos, albums, and downloads) are meant to serve your ministry well, we offer refunds on digital products.

If:

• You purchased something by accident

• The resource didn’t meet your needs

• You experienced technical issues

• Or for almost any other reason

Please contact us, and we’ll gladly help with a refund or replacement.

Physical Products (CDs, Books, etc.)

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery.

• Items may be returned even if opened or used

• In most cases, we will cover return shipping and related costs

• Once the item is received, we will issue a refund, replacement, or both, depending on your preference and availability
  
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Or incorrect

Please let us know, and we will gladly replace the item, issue a refund, or both. Photos may be requested simply to help us process things accurately.

Reasonable Use

We trust our community and assume good intent. At the same time, Seeds Kids Worship reserves the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of repeated or excessive requests that appear to abuse this policy.
