Hey Seeds Kids Worship Moms...
How can you show love and honor to those around you today?
In Romans 12, Paul describes how to live as a self-sacrificing Christian. The type of love he describes here is a brotherly/sisterly love. We are to honor each other (inside and outside of Christ) regardless of political beliefs, differences, or social status. Jesus demonstrated this love throughout the gospel and on the cross by laying down his life for you and me. Every single person on this planet matters and is valued. Showing honor to others is an act of grace, even if their choices or lifestyles do not align with God's word.
Allow God to search your heart today and show you who you can love and honor. How does God want you to show honor to them today? Example- Speaking with more respect, a gift, a word of encouragement or appreciation, or maybe an act of kindness? (More reading 1 Peter 2:17)
